of Deliverance Church of God in Christ (New Worship Center) was completed in May
1999. It is located at 369 G. E. Patterson Avenue (South-West of the
Historic Downtown location). Built at a cost of $13,500,000, it is one of the
largest church in Memphis, Tennessee accommodating over 4,500 (Click

daily tours , this sanctuary is a testimony of what God can perform through his
saints. Temple of Deliverance is less than one mile from the heart of Downtown

Temple
of Deliverance Church of God in Christ (Downtown, Historic Location) is located at 547 Mississippi
Boulevard on the corner of Mississippi Boulevard and Danny Thomas Avenue
just North-East of the new worship center. This sanctuary was completed
in 1978 at a cost of over $1,000,000. The seating capacity was 1,400.
In 1987 the West Wing (the extension to the right of this
picture) was erected finally bringing the total capacity to approximately
2,000. Temple of Deliverance Downtown is less than one mile
from the heart of Downtown Memphis, Tennessee. (Click
