Jurisdictional Secretaries F1 and F2 Forms

1. To download these forms to your computer, follow these simple instructions:
   "Right click" on the form you desire.  
2. Once the drop menu is open, select the option "Save Target As..." and save it in the desired place (my documents or desktop will be the first place it will save) and remember what folder you saved it under.
3. Finally, go back to the place you saved it in and open the file (double-click).

You will need the Microsoft Excel program to use the forms on your computer.
